Pinewood Christian Academy is a ministry of Pinewood Presbyterian Church. The business of the Academy is managed and its powers exercised by the Session of Pinewood Church based on the counsel and recommendations of the Academy Ministry Team. The Team consists
of seven or more adult members in good standing of Pinewood Church appointed by the
Session. Team members perform their duties in good faith, in a manner they reasonably
believe to be in the best interests of the Academy, consistent with the ethical and moral standards set forth in the Bible, and the doctrines and policies of Pinewood Church.
