Tuition and fees
Application Fee (new students only)
Pinewood Christian Academy charges a NON-REFUNDABLE application fee of $100 due
at the time the application for enrollment is turned in. This fee covers the cost of entrance testing (if needed) and a SafeCare background check.
Enrollment Fee
All families are charged a NON-REFUNDABLE enrollment fee which covers a technology
fee, the cost of textbook rentals, consumable workbooks, insurance, achievement testing,
a yearbook, and general classroom supplies (students will be responsible for personal
supplies; a list is provided for each grade).
The enrollment fee is charged per student annually. When re-enrolling, families must pay
a portion of the fee upon submission of the Re-Enrollment Contract with the balance due
by June 1. PCA cannot guarantee a student's spot for the following year without the payment
of the re-enrollment fee. A $50 late fee per student is assessed if not paid by June 30.
Tuition
Pinewood Christian Academy works very hard to maintain a tuition that is accessible while
providing an excellent education program. We believe our students benefit from instruction,
facilities, and resources that rival our peers while paying a competitive tuition rate.
Tuition may be paid in full (with a $100 discount) or in 10 monthly installments (July-April). Families must arrange regular payments with PCA or use FACTS Tuition Management for automatic withdrawals (FACTS charges a nominal annual fee for their services).
There are no fees for Florida VPK eligible students. Families enrolling at PCA for VPK do not pay the application fee, enrollment fee, or tuition.
