REPORTING MISCONDUCT
In compliance with Florida Statutes, Sections 1002.421 (4) and 1006.061, any misconduct
by faculty, staff, or administration, which affects the health, safety, or welfare of a student should be reported to one of the following:

Rev. Dennis Griffith - Executive Pastor, Pinewood Presbyterian Church @ 272-7177
Any person who knowingly and willfully fails to report to the central abuse hotline known or suspected child abuse, abandonment, or neglect, or who knowingly and willfully prevents another person from doing so, commits a felony
of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s.
